• Definition and implementation of a transnational model of cross-sectorial collaboration (“European Strategic Cluster Partnership”);
• Empowerment of the existing relationships between the different clusters in the project (inside-inside and inside-outside collaborative approach) to generate a stable open innovation and knowledge-technology transfer to benefit SMEs, larger companies, Research and Technology Organisations (RTOs) and policy makers.

Definition of a Joint Internationalisation Strategy (strategic roadmap) focusing on technology domains, products and services developed by partners together in the area of digital technologies for manufacturing and industry and depicted by:
• joint commercial initiatives of these technology solutions, products and services worldwide.
• joint internationalisation initiatives for clusters (and especially their SMEs) to discover and reach new markets.
• Identification of 6 priority markets worldwide to be further explored and approached by the clusters and their SMEs.
